During the HUAWEI Mate 40 Series launch event, Huawei recently announced new additions to the Huawei mobile services ecosystem, as the company launched the Petal Search, Petal Maps and HUAWEI Docs applications, in addition to other new updates to improve the digital experience of Huawei users around the world.


Huawei's official Petal Search tool is available in more than 170 countries and regions, and supports more than 50 languages, allowing users to quickly and easily find the information and services they need. The search tool offers massive capabilities with more than 20 categories, including: apps, news, video, photos, shopping, flights, and local businesses. It also contains many developed tools such as: weather, calculator, exchange rate, and even paper inquiry to help the user get daily information easily. With the new update, the search experience has become more visually richer, as search results now appear in information cards rather than website links, to help users obtain this rich wealth of useful information with just a few clicks.


Thanks to its artificial intelligence capabilities, Petal Search allows users to search using images via its visual search feature. It will learn about a wide range of items such as people, animals, attractions and history, and will provide new capabilities such as plant identification. These features will help Petal Search meet the needs of users who are accustomed to a lifestyle centered around mobility and high-end devices. In addition, Petal Search, in cooperation with global and local partners, develops search services for local life to provide users with a rich search experience based on their location and usage scenarios, 


As for Petal Maps, it is a convenient and convenient tool from Huawei to provide maps and navigation features. It offers useful features such as location tracking, map display, place search, driving directions and lists of favorite places for users in more than 140 countries and regions.
